By downloading and/or using one of Beetz N Bobz free samples you are legally bound by the following:

Users must not re-sell the sample they have downloaded all samples are free and can be passed around amongst friends, family, students, and individuals for free.

The samples may be used for anything they are copyright free for usage,although you may not distrobute in the sense you may not provide downloading from another server or for sale in a sample pack.

Beetz N Bobz Samples are offered "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Beetz N Bobz will not be liable for any damage or loss of data whatsoever due to downloading or using a sample. In no event shall Beetz N Bobz be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use the samples and/or information from beetznbobz.com

Beetz N Bobz reserves the right to change and/or modify these terms with no prior notice. Understand this is a legally binding contract, and violation will have consequences where this document may be used against you.




Ok we understand this sounds pretty heavy but honestly all it means is, download the samples and use them as much as you want. Make a track and get it signed that's cool. Just don't make a big collection and share it (or even worse sell it), send people here. It's free and quick. We're a small company and just looking out for ourselves. We seriously doubt we will ever change these rules but if we have a change of heart and do want to change them, we can.
